How many times have you went to bed and promised your self you will start exercising in the morning, and then you changed your mind in the morning because you were too tired or didn’t really feel like exercising? The my answer to that question is that it used to happen to me all the time.
While this happens to the best of us, it doesn’t mean we should give up on getting fit and healthy. Most people need to realize that staying fit and eating healthy are essential to long term health and wellness. The more you become aware that your body reacts to lifestyle choices, the better you can build a nutritional and fitness plan that fits you best.
When you start to eat healthy and increase your daily exercise you will find that you will feel better and have more energy. Most people think that if they exercise they aren’t going to have any energy when they are working but the truth is that if you keep active you are going to have more energy than ever. In other words, proper eating habits equals a faster more efficient metabolism, which gives you more energy in your daily life and helps you do more physical work with less effort.
Exercising gives your body the message that it has to improve it’s strength, metabolism and overall your health. The easiest way to start exercising is to start slow. I recommend regular cardiovascular exercise three times a week for twenty to thirty minutes per session. Remember to warm up five to seven minuets before you start exercising to get your blood flowing. When starting to get active, stick to it and in four to six weeks you will find that you have more energy and being healthy becomes the new you.
